For those seeking a more classical Pilates-focused experience, Social Beings also has a certified Pilates instructor available for dedicated Reformer and mat sessions.
Once we get to know you and learn about your personal movement goals, we'll partner you with the perfect teacher on our team. We can typically book Private sessions whenever there is no group class on the timetable, as long as the trainer/instructor is free!

Our Founder
Jennifer Hernandez has been training clients across Philadelphia since 2016. She has worked at many of the city’s top fitness studios and most recently spent six years training clients at the Fitler Club while also maintaining a private clientele throughout Rittenhouse and Center City.
Jennifer has worked with everyone from beginners to athletes, creatives, entrepreneurs, and notable figures throughout Philadelphia. Her approach blends strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, mobility, yoga, barre, and injury prevention into workouts that are effective, sustainable, and approachable.
She holds certifications in personal training, yoga, barre, injury prevention, pre and postnatal exercise, and mental toughness training. Known for her thoughtful sequencing, strong playlists, and supportive coaching style, Jennifer creates classes that help people feel stronger, more confident, and better in their bodies.
