Private training at Social Beings is rooted in helping clients move well, feel good, and build sustainable habits that last. Sessions blend a thoughtful mix of yoga, strength training, injury prevention, and guided work on the Pilates reformer. The approach is intentional, supportive, and tailored to each individual.
Movement is taken seriously here—but clients are encouraged not to take themselves too seriously. Sessions are fun, down-to-earth, and often feel a bit like therapy, creating space for real connection and personal growth.
For those seeking a more Pilates-focused experience, Social Beings also has a certified Pilates instructor available for dedicated Reformer and mat sessions.
