Service Description
Give yourself the gift of grounding, renewal, and stillness this season. Experience deep peace with our restorative Sound Bath—a soothing immersion in the healing tones and calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments designed to release stress and restore balance. Guided by sound healer Elizabeth Zack, you’ll begin with gentle breath work to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body. As the year comes to a close, settle in and allow the sounds to wash over you.

Cancellation Policy
Social Beings Class & Workshop Policy To keep our classes running smoothly and ensure that every guest has the best experience possible, please review our booking and cancellation policies below. Booking • All clients must book and pay for their class or workshop online to reserve a spot. • If you prefer to pay via Venmo, you must email us first so we can manually add you to the class and hold your reservation. Spots are not guaranteed until we confirm your booking. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. This allows our instructors to properly prepare, adjust class plans, and ensure they are compensated fairly for their time. • If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, the full class fee will be forfeited. • We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected occurs, please reach out through email or the website chat to let us know you can’t attend. In the case of a true emergency, we may be able to offer class credit, but it is not guaranteed.
