Hello, I’m Jen.  Founder of Social Beings.
I’ve trained Yoga, Barre and Personal Training for many years, and I incorporate all three styles into this platform so that you can have variety and balance in your regimen.

After many years of training, I’ve learned that the key to feeling confident is challenging your mind and body in any way that you can, and proving to yourself that you can do it.
