Movement at Social Beings is not just a workout- it's a ritual, a release and a reminder that movement can feel good, grounded and inspiring. We approach movement as a tool for connection- to your body, your community and yourself. Every class is designed to be efficient, effective and adaptable to real life. We offer a range of movement styles that draw from what we have studied and practiced over the years- taking what we love, letting go of what we don't, and staying open to what evolves.
You'll find grounding stretch classes, sculpting barre-inspired flows, pilates-based strength work and energizing sculpt sessions. We host a dumbbell class that's just as much about showing up and supporting each other as it is about building muscle. We also offer mini and me classes that welcome caregivers into the studio, creating movement opportunities that reflect how life actually looks.

We're not here to tell you this is the only way to move-we're here to offer movement that compliments your life-whether that means coming in weekly, mixing it up with hiking or weightlifting, or simply showing up when it feels right. We will meet you wherever you are with classes that are powerful, playful and rooted in the belief that movement can be enjoyable and sustainable.
